Michelle Buggy is a registered Psychotherapist, Creative Arts Therapist, EMDR Practitioner
and facilitator with over 25 years' experience supporting emotional wellbeing across mental health, education and community settings.
For the past 11 years, Michelle has facilitated Celebration Day for Girls workshops throughout Geelong and the Surf Coast, creating safe, engaging and meaningful spaces where girls can explore the transition into adolescence alongside the important adults in their lives.

Michelle is deeply passionate about women's health, rites of passage, emotional wellbeing and strengthening connection through creativity, storytelling, ritual and shared experience. She has also facilitated workshops for more than 13 years at Seven Sisters Festival, delivering programs that celebrate women's growth, creativity and personal development.


As a mother of five children, Michelle brings both professional knowledge and lived experience to her work. Her warm, compassionate and creative approach helps young people and families navigate change with confidence, self-awareness and a strong sense of belonging.
